FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Utah, USA | October, 2026 – BOKI Racing is excited to announce the BOKI Kyosho Optima Mid LWB 4WD Body Kit (BKR0276), a USA made RC body kit in .030 clear Lexan for the vintage long wheelbase (LWB) Kyosho Optima Mid 4WD buggy. The kit pairs a fresh Optima Mid 4WD .030 Lexan body with the matching undertray and rear wing, so vintage 4WD buggy fans can put a clean shell back on the car they love. This kit is for the long wheelbase (LWB) Optima Mid. It will not fit short wheelbase Optima Mids.

BOKI Kyosho Optima Mid LWB 4WD Lexan body kit, clear and unpainted

If you've been hunting for a Kyosho Optima Mid body that isn't cracked, faded, or priced like a museum piece, this is it. Each kit arrives clear, uncut, and unpainted, with window masks included. Trim it, paint it, and run it, or build the vintage 4WD buggy body your shelf has been waiting for.

Each kit includes:

  • Kyosho Optima Mid LWB 4WD Lexan body (upper shell), long wheelbase only

  • Matching undertray and rear wing

  • Durable .030 clear Lexan, uncut and unpainted

  • Includes window masks for easy paint

  • Proudly made in the USA by BOKI Racing

This kit is for the long wheelbase (LWB) Optima Mid. It will not fit short wheelbase Optima Mids. Fit can land a little different than an OEM shell. It's normal to make final adjustments before making the mounting hole locations on any body. This is as close as it will get to an OEM part, so still test-fit.

“The Optima Mid is one of those vintage 4WD buggies people never stopped loving,” said the BOKI Racing Team. “Same USA Lexan path our racers already trust on our bodies and wings, now for the Optima Mid crowd.”

Available now for $45.00. Shipped with USPS First Class or Priority in protective packaging. Brand-new condition.
